Step 1: Research

First, we put pencil to paper. We conduct a thorough creative brief (in person if possible) where we gather all the info we need from you. This is meant to be informal and collaborative. This information provides clarity as we go to work building your brand. This gives us an idea of your goals, objectives, and what you’re trying to accomplish. This collaborative process brings together business and technology to ensure our plan meets your business objectives, is scalable for future growth, and is feasible from a technology perspective.

Step 2: The Plan

Develop a unified marketing plan that utilizes as many avenues as possible to tackle the short, medium, and long-term strategic goals and then develop a roadmap to get there. We make sure the plan meets your business objectives, is scalable for future growth, and is feasible from a technology perspective. The plan will outline the various methods and media recommended to meet these objectives and establish a timeline for the various elements. Once this is approved we move on to the next step.

Step 3: The Message

Refine the copy and message. What is the ad or product really trying to say? Can you use fewer words to project the same meaning? What are the features and benefits for the consumer? Landmark Unified Marketing will provide copywriting services to write or rewrite the message.

Step 4: Design

This is where we transform our notes, sketches, visions, and the message into working designs. We work with you the whole way through. We won’t move to the next step until you’re happy with the way it looks. This usually complements the message or calls attention to some specific benefit. We deliberate over colors, symbols, shapes, imagery, and fonts to guide the viewer in the direction we want them to go.

Step 5: Develop

Final layout and incorporation with technology. Complete the code and other files needed to complete each portion of the master plan. Test the back-end and front-end over and over. We solidify the final layouts and compile samples for review. Concept to reality. Happy with the outcome? Excellent.

Step 6: Action!

The various projects of the master marketing plan are implemented: the new website is brought online, SEO is completed, lead generation is started, email campaigns are launched, blogs are released, social media is utilized, print materials are produced, mailing pieces are mailed, new packaging or labels are produced, and press-ready ads are sent off to publishers. ...SUCCESS!
